Colors: Beware! If you have additional food allergies be very careful! Natural colors are made from berries, hibiscus, etc. Natural food coloring creates soft, pastel-like colors, and the exact shades you want may not be available. Artificial food coloring can be used (ironically) for food safety, and for brilliant colors, and MUST be used for photo-cakes and in Red-Velvet Cakes.

Inscription: Smaller cakes allow less room for writing.
For 4″ cakes we suggest no inscription.
