Very refreshing to read your story. I just found out about your bakery from the GF group (I've never yet attended). I was tested for Celiac and was certain I had it but tested negative as well. However, eating wheat after a couple of days will not only cause me to be a puffy and sinusy but I will feel so crummy, tired, pain in my neck, shoulders joints, tummy hurting, headaches etc. Interesting that you ate wheat for all those weeks, felt like crap and yet tested negative. Now why do you think your negative test is really negative when your family tested negative as well but are on gf dairy free cf diets? Just curious? I love wheat, and dairy and believe that God does too! (-: Its just wrong to be so stressed about it all. However, you are making a business out of all this which is sooo awesome. I watch Donnie Deutsch and he too is always saying that there are million dollar ideas right in your own life/home. Just look for those things that don't work, you wish you could find, etc. and therein may very well be your idea that you'll be passionate about and have fun with. I love that your closed on Jewish holidays!!! Hurray for you and your sticking with who you are! Right On Girl! Another unique quality that will only make your business more 'special'. Which it is. I live in Pasadena and don't get to Culver City, but clearly will make a trip with at least one if not two of my girlfriends, who will appreciate your food. God's Blessings on your family, Thank you God that Aaron is healed and healing as well as the other children and for the courage to step into this business venture and give to so many a much needed option, instead of Whole Foods baked goods. Also, yeah for the whole grain BROWN rice. Shalom

I'm a single mom struggling to figure out why my kids keep getting sick. My oldest also has ADHD(at 5yrs old). Stan Kurtz my sons preschool director has suggested a gluten/dairy/casein free diet A friend suggested checking out your website. Looks great, a breath of fresh air. Hope to visit soon!
