I think we’re blessed with a special angel in charge of PR. How else can we explain this terrific article on us in The Forward Jewish newspaper?

Keeping Kosher Gluten-Free - Forward.com”

Elissa Strauss, the writer, is a celiac currently living in New York, writing for The Forward obviously, but her mom who is also celiac lives here in LA, and the two came here together last time Elissa was in town. That’s how we explain it, on this plane….

  1. Ginger Carter Miller Says:

Is there ANY CHANCE you’d be willing to ship outside California?

  2. Sandee Says:

Ginger, thanks for asking! Really it’s not a question of us being willing, it’s just that we ship already baked frozen food in styrofoam boxes, so they’ve got to be delivered the next day or at latest the day after, and it gets really expensive.

We can do it, but we find it costs often $80 to the Midwest, or $100 to the east coast, for a couple dozen rolls or something. Now I have to say, those rolls are good, but I don’t know if they’re THAT good.

You’re much better off to order mixes, from an online store, have them shipped ground, and make them yourself for the freshest, yummiest flavor!
