I'm curious if you'd be interested in a gf-oat bread MIX -- something that could be shipped without freezing it. Phyllis -- rather than making a branch downtown, I'd rather get other markets and cafes to carry our treats. Spread the joy, so to speak. But where do people even SHOP downtown? Food-wise, I mean? Not only am I gluten intolerant, but I have more food allergies than I can count. As a result, eating food brings very little pleasure --unless I cheat. The wonderful thing about your bakery is that I don' have to cheat or feel remorse for falling off the wagon. Thanks for making such high-quality delicious food.
