Shh! It’s not even on their own website yet, but we have it on the “down low” that Your Dinner Secret will convert to a dedicated gluten-free facility next month! This place is an incredible mechiyah (relief) to busy gf cooks everywhere.

to be shipped.
Having delicious, completely prepped, ready-to-make, fresh-frozen gluten-free meals delivered to your door sounds tempting enough. But you must come in one time to fully appreciate the beauty of this concept.
You walk in and immediately feel a sense of peace and serenity. (Scroll up and look at that picture again.) There are eight prep stations artfully arranged around the room. (In the picture you see two, with the refrigerators in the background.) Each station is fully equipped to make one healthy meal for as many people as you need to feed, with the recipe and instructions clearly posted, all the vegetables cleaned and chopped, all the ingredients laid out, everything down to pre-printed labels you can affix to your ziplocks.
All the drudgery of cooking has been done and all that remains is the fun part. Take what you want, take it home, and fire it up. Or freeze it for another day.
I would go with a friend. Instead of meeting for coffee, we would work our way around the room and put up a week’s worth of meals for our familes. We’d have a chance to talk and to feel virtuous all at the same time. (Sort of like meeting at the gym, without the sweaty part.) It’s a beautiful space, as attractive as any restaurant. There’s even a little sitting corner where you can take a break and have a a cup of tea or coffee and a bite to eat. I keep bugging the owner, Roni, to make a glatt-kosher version. I would be there every week.
The location is amazing - in Woodland Hills on Ventura Blvd. just off the 101 at De Soto — and I do mean “just off” — it’s practically on the off-ramp. They’re in the Cables Restaurant shopping center, so parking is plentiful. Do make a reservation, whether assembling your meal yourself or picking up already assembled dinners.
And it goes without saying, you should try their gf-breads and desserts — made by The Sensitive Baker, of course!
{Edited to say; Unfortunately, in order to help as many gf-cf families as possible while keeping prices reasonable, customers are no longer able to assemble their own meals. Looks like we’ll have to meet at the gym after all. The better to burn off the brownies, my dear.}
